There is a general definition of physical theater as an art form, but each artist creates his own style based on the methodology of his work.

The amateur actors participated in this workshop learned about the meaning of posture, gestures, movement and stillness.
They also practiced techniques related to breathing, the amount of effort required, the degree of tension, directions of the eyes, feet relation with ground, listening, and the perception of space solo or with others.
As for the theme, we posed selected of the “Auto portrait ” method questions that made the participants explore things they never knew before about themselves to build and their intimate stories
تعرف الممثلون الهواة المشاركون في هذه الورشة على معنى الوضعية والإيماءات والحركة و الثبات . كما مارسوا تقنيات تتعلق بالتنفس، ومقدار الجهد المطلوب، ودرجة التوتر، واتجاهات العينين، وعلاقة القدمين بالأرض، والاستماع، وإدراك الفضاء بمفرده أو مع الآخرين
بالنسبة للموضوع ، فقدطرحنا أسئلة مختارة من منهجية “الصورة الذاتية ” التي جعلت المشاركين يستكشفون أشياء لم يعرفوها عن أنفسهم من قبل و يبنوا قصصهم الحميمة
