The initiative vision:

رؤية المبادرة

Expand the angle from which human body is seen, and increase the individual’s ability to raise their body awareness, efficiency and creativity to improve their life and their social environment.

توسيع زاوية النظر إلى الجسد البشري، وزيادة قدرة الفرد على رفع مستوى وعيه وكفاءته وإبداعه لتحسين حياته وبيئته الاجتماعية

• Challenging old definitions of the body by questioning and researching these assumptions.
• Breaking the lack of communication and ambiguity between the body-based performing arts and the Arab recipient.
• Providing a variety of knowledge, information, about human body, body-based performing arts workshops in Arabic
• Hosting work in progress and artistic research results and share it with online audience.

كسر انعدام التواصل والغموض بين فنون الأداء القائمة على الجسد والمتلقي العربي

تقديم مجموعة متنوعة من المعارف والمعلومات حول جسم الإنسان وورش عمل فنون الأداء القائمة على الجسد باللغة العربية

استضافة أعمال قيد التنفيذ ونتائج البحوث الفنية ومشاركتها مع الجمهور عبر الإنترنت

لماذا هذه المبادرة الآن؟

Because we have worked on the body for many years, and experienced our bodies on daily basis as the sum  that happens within of physiological, mental, and  emotional life, we realized that emotional intelligence is understanding the relationship between all those lives, and that mental flexibility is the ability to expand the angle from which you see life, this is our most effective way to expand awareness as our capacity to have objective experiences and change ourselves and the world around us.

لأننا عملنا على الجسد لسنوات طويلة، واختبرنا أجسادنا يوميًا باعتبارها نتاجًا لما يحدث داخلها من حياة فيزيزلوجية وعقلية وعاطفية، أدركنا أن  الذكاء العاطفي  هو فهم العلاقة بين كل تلك الحيوات، وأن المرونة الذهنية هي القدرة على توسيع الزاوية التي نرى  منها الحياة، وهذه هي أنجع طريقة لدينا لتوسيع وعينا وقدرتنا على خوض تجارب موضوعية، ولتغيير أنفسنا والعالم من حولنا

How do this initiative work?

كيف تعمل هذه المبادرة؟

This initiative is dedicated to online activities because we want to reach all Arabic speakers living in the Arab world and beyond.
To influence our audience, we use the following tools:

يخصص عمل هذه المبادرة لأنشطة على الانترنيت لأننا نريد الوصول إلى كل الناطقين باللغة العربية الذين يعيشون في العالم العربي وخارجه. و للتأثير على جمهورنا نستخدم الأدوات التالية

• Authenticity.
• Expressing complex topics in simple language.
• Taking a conscious distance from spirituality by relying on the humanities and physical practices.
• Bringing filmed performances closer to live performances.
• Working outside the boxes that limit options and technical tools and prioritize quantity over quality, and contribute to strengthening the prevailing trend.

تقريب العروض الأدائية المصورة إلى العروض الحيّة

العمل خارج الصناديق التي تحصر الخيارات و الأدوات الفنية و ترجّح الكم على النوع، وتساهم في تعزيز التوجه السائد

This initiative was developed within the ” Arts and Culture Entrepreneurship “ (ACE) program in 2022, AFAC Arab Fund for Art and Culture

تم تطوير هذه المبادرة ضمن برنامج “ريادة الأعمال في الفنون والثقافة” في عام 2022، الصندوق العربي للفنون والثقافة (آفاق)

In 2026, “From within “ was launched, the first of the initiative’s creative projects.

في 2026 تم إطلاق “من جوّا” وهو أول مشروع من المشاريع الإبداعية للمبادرة
